PRINTING ERROR - NO FAULT OF BUSINESS OWNER
The signs were good for placing at a good distance where the poor quality of the design could not be seen. The quality of print could have been better. _______________________________ Thank you Andrietta for your honest review. Yes, I noticed that the printer misprinted the black signs; immediately I notified the printer and got ALL of the black signs replaced for the customers who ordered the black sign. We sent an email to you and all customers (explaining the printing problem) who purchased the black signs. The replacement signs are currently being delivered to our customers. Positive Stationery & Gifts, LLC is not a printing company, we are designers. Our work is outsourced for printing. Nevertheless, we own the printer's error and rectified the problem with all of our customers.
