EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers:
Our goal is to exceed your expectations. However, matters may occur beyond our control. We value you, our customers, your ratings, and your business. We want your business to be recurring. However, due to the nature of our business, creating, customization and designing we are unable to restock products. Positive Stationery & Gifts, LLC is unable to provide refunds. We will gladly provide a store credit or another item of equal value if you are unhappy with our products and/or service.
Please give us the opportunity to reconcile any errors or dissatisfaction. If you wish to return your purchase, please do so by sending your concern to: psandgiftsllc@gmail.com. On all "free shipping" orders, you will have to pay for your return to our company. Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately issue a store credit for the full amount.
In a rare case, a product is "NOT AS DESCRIBED" we will provide a refund.

We ship all items within 48 hours. If customization is needed, we ship within 7-10 business days.
